There are certain credit cards in the market today which include some type of travel insurance. Some credit cards offer you more, some credit cards charge you an annual fee to have the card while some credit cards offer you travel insurance at a 'reduced' costs.

The credit cards which do offer travel insurance have restrictions and limitations. Attached is a link offered by RBC insurance which details some credit card products which do offer travel insurance and notes some differences from obtaining travel insurance from RBC.
